How to qualify

  • 60 Sets or Sales: Earns ~ $250k in commissions 
  • August Expedition: 30 Set/Sales by June 30, qualify you for Teton Adventure Camp

  • Equity: Every sales counts towards a piece of the company

  • Rental Properties: As a team we save a portion of of earnings to buy rental properties 

Rev Share Commissions

40/60 Commissions Structure

The Revenue (Rev) Share is simple - both the company and the sales team share the revenue from a deal above the cost of install operations, with the majority (60%) of the profit going to the sales team.
Here's how we split the pie: 
Rep Share = 50%
Sales Management + Support = 10%
Company = 40%

Setter/Closer Model

The Setter/Closer model is a great way to share the workload and benefits of the solar sales process.
Setters source the leads. Closers...well close them. 
Both are valuable skills. 
Setting is much harder emotionally and they usually make money for the time put in
Closing is a complex process that takes time to learn. 
One is not higher than the other. 
Here's how we split the Setter/Closer pie: 
Setter Share = 40%
Closer Share = 60%

Override Structure

We strive to be an organizations that rewards results. We don't hand down management promotions, everyone in the company has a chance to earn them based on their production.
Rules: Your own deals count towards the overall number for the month. Deals must be perfect packet approved within a calendar month to be considered closed. Once a benchmark is hit, then those deals will be tagged for that override and paid out with the respective percentage after the deal is completely funded. The override must be earned each month according to the number of deals sold by each leader's team. Reps mush be directly recruited and trained in order to have the override counted.

The Fine Print
Departure for trip will be the 1st or 2nd week of January. 
Company will cover flight and hotel for the trip. Food, souvenirs, and other expense to be covered by the sales representative.
If a representative qualifies but choose not to go, incentive may not be redeemed or exchanged for monetary value.
Dates and locations subject to change. 
Sales must be perfect packet complete with 90% installed by Dec. 3, 2022.
Must have valid passport to travel. 
+1's may come at the expense of qualifying salesperson. 

Bucket-List Experiences

Teton Expedition

To Qualify: 30 Sets or Sales by June 30, 2023

July 31 thru August 4
  • Day 1: Arrive in Salt Lake City, UT in the evening
  • Day 2: Breakfast @ Corporate Headquarters, drive to Driggs, ID, set up camp. Hike Wind Cave 
  • Day 3: White Water Rafting in Snake River, Hang Out in Jackson Hole or Grand Teton National Park
  • Day 4 : Hike Table Mountain, relax @ Lava Hot Springs 
  • Day 5: Return to SLC and fly home 

International Trip

2025 South (and little bit of North) Korea Trip 
  • Day 1: Fly to Seoul: Rest from jet lag
  • Day 2: Bullet Train to Pusan: beach and bath house
  • Day 3: Hyundai Factory Tour or Traditional Village 
  • Day 4 : Buddhist Temple Stay 
  • Day 5: Seoul Free Day
  • Day 6: Visit North Korea (just the border)
  • Day 7: Seoul Free Day: Dinner and Karaoke

Manager Track

Sharing is caring. Some reps are find great satisfaction in working with homeowners and closing deals. Others excel at bringing others into the opportunity and helping them grow. Both are great ways to earn a living and an ounce of self-awareness goes a long way in finding the best fit for you and your personality. Upon meeting the requirements below, you qualify for overrides on your team. 
Here's how to become a manager: 
Manager = Team of Reps Installing 20+ Deals/month
Director = 3 Teams of Reps Installing 50+ Deals/month
